HOLIDAY RECOMMENDATION – MELTON WAVE POOL

My recommendation for a holiday activity would be Melton Wave Pool.

It is awesome. By not coming, you’re missing out on a lot!

Here are some great reasons why you should experience the Melton Wave Pool:

1. Not only is there amazing wave pool with massive waves, there 4 pools in one big centre. A baby pool, wave pool, adult pool and a pool for just swimming laps are included.

2. It’s a low price for a whole lot of fun! Kids are only $8, adults are $12, a family ticket costs $25 which is 2 adults and 2 kids, but best of all any kid under 5 years old is free.

3. During holidays there are extra fun things like a giant inflatable obstacle course and a Tarzan rope.

Why go to the beach when there are bigger and better waves here?

Recycling is the answer to our problems

We need recycling to help our environment out. Recycling is a good thing. If you do it, you are our Earth’s friend.

Putting paper in the recycling bin is a good start. Why get a new piece of paper when the paper in your recycling bin is just as good? Just remember, each piece of paper is one of our trees gone. We need our trees to create oxygen for us to breathe.

Recycling is also another way of saving money because then we don’t have to buy brand new products for our families and ourselves. It doesn’t cost you to recycle, so why aren’t you doing it?

If we recycle we won’t have to bury all our disgusting rubbish which is slowly killing our Earth anyway.

So, help our Earth be a better place by maybe using both sides of pieces of paper and making sure big scraps get used. Be a recycler and save our Earth.

Fire Safety

In a house fire, or any fire you need to know the ways to get to safety. There are also supplies and skills you need to minimize the chance of a fire.

All houses should have a fire alarm in their hallway. Never have a fire alarm inside a bedroom because when it goes off the fire would already be a fire and the smoke would have spread.  You need to put new batteries in your fire alarm every 12 months. You also need to clean it and give it a wipe because if there is a lot of dust inside of it, it would catch Fire.

All rooms in your house should have a window just in case there is a fire against your door. You have to smash the window with something strong in your room. I know your Mum would rather you over a window. Then you place a blanket/towel on the window so that you won’t cut yourself while you are getting out.

If your house does not have a fire plan and there is a fire inside your house, you are in trouble. Your family won’t know where to meet up and one person may end up stuck inside the house with no clue what is going on.

If your house has a fire place, you should have something around it for safety. You could accidently burn yourself if you do not have one and may be left with the burn for life.

So, make sure you have all of these things and it will lower your risk of being in serious danger.
